Each month inside the Feminine Wisdom Inner Circle, I’ll be sharing a sacred offering alongside the Feminine Wisdom Letter -
a book, a ritual, a practice, or a reflection to deepen your experience and nourish your path.
Here is this month’s Wisdom Offering #1:
A soft place to land. A nudge toward your own remembering.
Book
The Dance of the Dissident Daughter by Sue Monk Kidd
This is one of the foundational texts of feminine awakening.
In it, Sue shares her journey from living within patriarchal expectations to reclaiming the sacred feminine within and around her.
It’s poetic, raw, and brave - exactly the kind of guidebook that meets you in the in-between.
If you’ve ever felt a whisper that there’s more to who you are than you’ve been allowed to express… this is your mirror.
Ritual
The Candle and the Question
This is a simple ritual for returning to yourself in quiet moments.
You’ll need:
A candle
A quiet space
A few uninterrupted minutes
Ritual Steps:
Light your candle slowly, with presence.
Place your hand on your heart. Close your eyes.
Whisper to yourself: What part of me is longing to be reclaimed right now?
Sit with the question. Breathe. Don’t force the answer.
Let the flame be your witness. Stay until something soft rises, or simply let the stillness hold you.
Blow out the candle with reverence.
Reflection Prompt
What have you silenced to stay safe?
And what would it feel like to let that voice rise?
You don’t have to make any sudden moves.
This work is slow.
Sacred.
Circular.
I’ll be right here with you.
